Terms and Conditions
These terms explain the conditions that apply when you use the TourPoint website, request a quotation or book a travel service through us.
Effective date: 26 August 2026About Our Services
TourPoint assists customers with travel enquiries, itineraries and arrangements that may include accommodation, transport, activities, guides, tours and related services. Some services are supplied by independent third-party providers.
Quotations and Availability
A quotation is based on the information and availability known when it is issued. Prices and availability may change until a booking is confirmed and any required payment has been received.
Unless stated otherwise, a quotation includes only the items specifically listed as included.
Booking Confirmation
A request or enquiry does not create a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed only after TourPoint provides written confirmation and receives the deposit or payment specified in the quotation.
You must review names, dates, destinations and all other booking details immediately and notify us promptly of any error.
Prices and Payments
Prices are shown in the currency stated in the quotation. Payment schedules, accepted methods, taxes and other charges will be communicated before confirmation.
Failure to pay by the stated deadline may result in cancellation or a change in price or availability. Bank, card, conversion or transfer charges are the customer's responsibility unless stated otherwise.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation must be submitted to TourPoint in writing. Refund eligibility and cancellation charges depend on the booking, timing and the rules of the relevant hotel, airline, transport company, tour operator or other supplier.
Non-refundable deposits, tickets, permits, service fees or supplier charges may be deducted. The cancellation terms supplied with your booking will apply.
Changes Requested by You
We will try to assist with requested changes, but changes are subject to availability and supplier approval. Fare differences, supplier penalties, administrative costs and other additional charges may apply.
Itinerary or Service Changes
Travel arrangements may change because of weather, operational requirements, local conditions, safety concerns, government action or supplier decisions. Where reasonably possible, we will inform you and help arrange a suitable alternative.
Any refund or compensation will depend on the circumstances and the applicable supplier's terms.
Traveller Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Providing complete and accurate traveller information.
- Checking all confirmations and reporting errors promptly.
- Arriving at departure points at the required time.
